Dear Parents, Guardians, and Teachers, It’s that spooky time of year again when witches and goblins come out to play. This year the BF Gibbs PTO will be sponsoring a Halloween Spooktacular that is sure to be filled with fun. This is an all-weather event of fun-filled games, prizes, activities and food to be shared with students, faculty, siblings, friends and parents alike! The event will take place on Friday night, October 28th from 7 – 9pm. More details will be forthcoming regarding this exciting night. What we do need, as soon as possible, is your willingness and availability to volunteer your time before, during and after the event. Volunteer sign-up form is available here for completion. If you are able to spare some time either on Thursday night, October 27th (leave the kiddies at home please); Friday, October 28th at 3:10pm to help decorate the gym; an hour or more during the event between 7pm and 9pm to run a game, work the bake sale, make crafts or to assist us with the clean-up. We would love to see you there! This is one of our largest school-wide attended events – it brings out the children, families and faculty as well. We really need your time and your help !!! Keep your eyes posted for an additional mailing in the coming weeks detailing our day’s events scheduled for our Halloween Spooktacular. We look forward to seeing everyone there!
