Tops for Education |

Hello Parents, Guardians and Teachers,
Welcome back! We are excited to start the 2009-2010 school year at B.F.
Gibbs School with BOX TOPS for Education.
The Box Tops for Education fundraiser program pays us for purchasing
their sponsored products and exchanging the Box Tops for cash.

Our Goal |
|
Last year there were some great Bonus Box Top opportunities and we
raised $3690.60 through clipping, shopping online, bonus collection
programs and charging with the Box Tops charge card. The goal this year
is to raise $2,500.00. |

Summer Super Drive |
|
At the end of the school year, you received a Ziploc bag to use for
saving Box Tops over the summer. Send those in with your child as
soon as you can. You will also receive collection sheets throughout
the school year to make it even easier to send in all of your Box Tops. |

Prize Goals |
|
This year we will be recognizing classes that reach our Prize Goals at
the designated collection dates: 10/14/09, 12/16/09, 2/10/10, 4/14/10
and 6/9/10. |

1. Clip |
|
All it takes is for you to cut the Box Tops logo from each of the
participating products and send them to school with your child or
children. The school gets $.10 for each Box Top collected. Contact
relatives, friends, neighbors and grandparents. We will collect and
tally every two months.
There are collection boxes in every classroom, so send your box tops in
and your child will take care of placing them in the box. |

2. Marketplace |

Sign up at the Box Tops website,
www.btfe.com, to support our school and
see where to shop at over 70 retail stores who help support us!
Shop Online
Shop online at the Box Tops MarketplaceSM. Choose from quality stores such
as JCPenney, Lands’ End and OfficeMax.
Our School Earns Cash
Up to 8% of your purchase will be automatically donated back to our
school, up to $20,000 each year, with no additional cost to you.

Purchase Books
Select your items and follow the standard Barnes & Noble checkout process.
Our School Earns Cash
Our school automatically earns 6% on new book purchases and 3% on all
other online purchases.

End of the Year Final
Collection |

As always, there will be a special award to the class that collects the
most overall Box Tops by June 9, 2010.
